BERRY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS: CALOURIES: 224,9 CAL
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- 0,5 cup fat- free milk (cold in the summer, warm in the winter)
- 0,25 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 0,25 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 0,5 teaspoon honey
(you can add some of your favourite cereal and yogurt as this image)
STRAWBERRY PARFAITS

INGREDIENTS: CALOURIES: 169,1 CAL
- 1 lb strawberries
- 2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
- 6 tbsps muesli cereal
( you can had banana as well )
