HEALTHY BREAKFAST: MY FAVOURITES

Wake up with an healthy breakfast that will keep you energetic all day!
These are my fav healthy breakfast!
I discovered this on womenshealthmag.com and I decided to give it a try and it is so good and I reccomend you guys because it's really good and I'm in love with that so...


BERRY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:                                                                                               CALOURIES: 224,9 CAL

  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 0,5 cup fat- free milk (cold in the summer, warm in the winter)
  • 0,25 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 0,25 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 0,5 teaspoon honey
(you can add some of your favourite cereal and yogurt as this image)




STRAWBERRY PARFAITS

INGREDIENTS:                                                                                            CALOURIES: 169,1 CAL

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 6 tbsps muesli cereal
( you can had banana as well )
